• Can I combine several Revita products at the same time?

There are no contraindications to the combination of several products from the Revita range in compliance with the recommended dosages.  

• I am lactose intolerant, can I take RevitaStress or RevitaSleep?

RevitaSleep and RevitaStress do not contain lactose, but a milk protein hydrolysate or Lactium® (different from lactose) and can therefore be taken by people with lactose intolerance. Indeed people with severe lactose intolerance can consume from 7 to 12 g of lactose per day, Lactium® contains about 0.6% lactose. Taking 150 mg of Lactium® per day corresponds to 0.9 mg of lactose. People who are lactose intolerant can therefore consume Lactium® without worrying about possible discomforts.
